Imagine this: you’re waiting at a traffic light. The light turns green and you prepare to drive off. Suddenly, you hear loud honking behind you; someone is in a hurry. Before you even get the chance to move, that person is angrily knocking on your window. But what do you do then? As a driver, you may sometimes find yourself in unpleasant situations involving aggression and heightened emotions. During the ‘Social Safety and Dealing with Aggression’ course by DON Opleidingen, you’ll gain clearer insights into your own behavior and learn how you can actively improve such situations. You will be taught various conversation techniques and decision-making strategies.

Duration & refresher training hours

This course takes eight lesson hours (including lunch) and counts for 7 hours of Code 95 refresher training. Of course, you can also obtain your remaining hours through DON Opleidingen.

The examination

There will be no exam at the end of the course. You will receive a certificate of participation.
